Freedom of Information Requests - To request public information, please complete a Request for Production of Records form stating the records/information you are seeking.
The Village Clerk's Office will forward your request to the proper department who in turn will contact you within seven (7) working days.
Requests for information can also be made in person or in writing with the Village Clerk's Office, 901 Wellington Avenue, Elk Grove Village, Illinois 60007.
