PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that on Monday, June 19, 2017 at the hour of 7:00 p.m. at the Charles J. Zettek Municipal Building, 901 Wellington Avenue, Elk Grove Village, Illinois, the Plan Commission of the Village, acting as a Zoning Commission, will conduct a public hearing on the petition of Rada Auto, Inc. (Stanley/Gullo Properties LLC, Owner of Record) for a Special Use Permit for the operation of an automotive repair center in an I-1 Industrial Zoning District. Section 7E-3.A Commercial and Service Uses, of the Elk Grove Zoning Ordinance No. 2410 permits automobile repair garages as a special use in I-1 and I-2 Industrial Districts. The property is located at 160 Martin Lane, Elk Grove Village, Illinois identified by property index number 08-22-301-052-0000 and legally described as follows:
LOT 1 IN TELAR RESUBDIVISION OF LOT 6 IN MAYFAIR INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT 2, BEING A SUBDIVISION IN THE WEST 1/2 OF SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 41 NORTH, RANGE 11, EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, IN COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS
