VOLUNTEER RECOGNITION
Each year, The Village of Elk Grove Village recognizes at the Annual Village Dinner one or more volunteers who have demonstrated outstanding dedication and commitment to our community. Many volunteers are "unsung" or go unrecognized for their efforts. With this in mind, the Community Service Volunteer Recognition Committee would like to ask for your assistance in nominating any volunteers you feel should be recognized. The individual must be a resident of Elk Grove Village for three or more years, served as a volunteer for at least three years, be 16 years of age or older, and have not previously received this award. Current members of the Village Board of Trustees or Village Commissions are not eligible for this award. This is a wonderful opportunity to recognize and thank exceptional Elk Grove Village volunteers for their efforts.
The Community Service Board works cooperatively with other human service organizations. For a listing of service organizations, see Community Service Resources.
