| On September 22, the Village Board took the first step to rolling out the new "Dine-In Elk Grove" dining card program for all Elk Grove residents to use. |

| At the beginning of October, you should have received a letter in the mail with two attached dining cards. These cards will provide you with a 10% discount on your food purchases at the participating Elk Grove restaurants. For your convenience, these restaurants are listed on the back of the card. Click Here to View The Participating Restaurants. To use this card, simply present it to your server or cashier at the time of your order. |

| In an effort to help recognize those participating restaurants, a sticker of the dining card logo will be placed in the storefront window of participating restaurants. In the future, select restaurants may offer additional discounts to cardholders. Those offers will be viewable on the Village's website. |

| It should be noted that this card is only valid at participating restaurants and excludes catering, delivery, alcohol, tax and tip. In addition, it may not be combined with any other discounts or promotions. Your card must be presented at the time of your order and is valid for one year: the expiration date is
October 1, 2010. |
