The landscape restoration contractor has begun with sod placement and should be completed the week of November 12.

Past Updates

The Contractor has completed hot-mix asphalt pavement patching.  Landscape restoration has begun and will continue through the week of November 5.  Topsoil, sodding, and punch-list clean up should be completed by mid-November.

Acqua Contractors completed all concrete restoration on the project the week of October 22.  As the concrete is curing, clean-up work will be on going in preparation for topsoil, sodding, and asphalt patching. The project is scheduled to be completed by mid-November.

Acqua Contractors began transferring residential water services to the new water main this week. They have transferred all services from Germaine Place to Ridgewood Road at this time and will continue heading toward Wildwood Road. Transferring of the services will continue into the middle of the week of October 15, at which time they will make final water connections to the existing water main.

Acqua Contractors has completed the installation on the new 8" water main on Willow Ln.  They are currently working on pressure testing, chlorination, and flushing of the new main, which will take most of the week of October 1st.  Once the water main has passed all pressure and chlorination testing, residential water services will be transferred from the old water main to the new water main, and the new water main will be tied into the existing water system.

The week of September 14, Acqua Contractors continued to install 8" water main on Willow Ln.  They are currently working in the intersection of Willow Ln and Ridgewood Rd.  The water main installation work on Willow Ln will continue from the Ridgewood Rd intersection working south on Willow Ln towards the Germaine Pl.

Water main installation started the week of September 10, at the intersection of Willow Lane and Wildwood Road.  The intersection of Wildwood and Willow, which has been closed all week, will be back open to traffic by the end of Friday September 15.  The contractor will continue installing water main on Willow Road working west for the next couple of weeks.

The Willow Lane Water Main Improvement Project began the week of September 3rd.  The paving subcontractor, Orange Crush, began grinding the Willow Lane pavement over the proposed water main trench on Willow Lane between Germaine Place and Wildwood Road.  The water main installation will start the week of September 10th at the intersection of Willow Lane and Wildwood Road.  The work in the intersection will require some water outages to residents in the immediate vicinity of the intersection.  Additionally, the work will require the temporary closure of the Wildwood Road and Willow Lane intersection beginning Monday, September 10th. The closure is scheduled to last seven days. A detour route will be posted throughout the area and is pictured below.
