Immunization Clinics
Elk Grove Village hosts the Tri-Community Immunization Clinic for children's immunizations on the second Wednesday of every month (except December) from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in Room E of the Municipal Building. Children up to the age of 18 years of age can participate. The child's immunization record must be brought to the clinic. A parent or guardian must also be present to sign the papers necessary to receive any vaccine. There is a $3.00 charge per vaccine for residents living in Elk Grove Village, Schaumburg and Arlington Heights. There is a $7.00 charge per vaccine for residents living outside the tri-community area.
 
The clinics are sponsored by the Villages of Elk Grove, Schaumburg and Arlington Heights, Alexian Brothers Medical Center, and the Illinois Department of Public Health.
