| The State of Illinois limits Lake Michigan usage, and as a condition of our permit with the State, water restriction programs are required in order to stay within our allocation. |

| Effective May 1st through September 30th of each year, the Village restricts the use of water for outdoor purposes. All residential property owners are permitted to water outdoors between 5 PM and 10 PM, Monday through Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday. Please note, there are no water restrictions in effect for Memorial Day, the Fourth of July or Labor Day. |
