PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Monday, January 14, 2019 at the hour of 7:00 p.m. at the Charles J. Zettek Municipal Building, 901 Wellington Avenue, Elk Grove Village, Illinois, the Plan Commission of the Village, acting as a Zoning Commission, will conduct a public hearing to consider the petition of CLK Management Corp. on behalf of FEIGA II/HD, LLC and Court Street Associates/HD, LLC, owners of record. The petitioner is seeking to resubdivide from one (1) lot to four (4) lots in the B-2 General Business District for the purpose of constructing two retail outlots with associated parking for property located at 600 Meacham Road. Additionally, the petitioner is seeking a variation from the parking regulations associated with the existing site plan for the shopping center. The property located at 600 Meacham Road, Elk Grove Village, Illinois is identified by property index number 07-25-300-058-0000

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Monday, January 14, 2019 at the hour of 7:30 p.m. at the Charles J. Zettek Municipal Building, 901 Wellington Avenue, Elk Grove Village, Illinois, the Plan Commission of the Village, acting as a Zoning Commission, will conduct a public hearing to consider the petitions of Commonwealth Edison Company (ComEd), owners of record. The petitioner is seeking an Annexation into Elk Grove Village, a Rezoning classification to I-1 (Restricted Industrial District), and a Special Use Permit to construct an Electric Transmission Substation (referred to as ComEd Elk Grove Substation) together with necessary variations of the Zoning Ordinance and Village Code in order to comply with Federal Energy Regulatory Commission standards and ComEd safety and security standards on a parcel of ±4.6 acres adjacent to and just east of an existing ComEd right-of-way north of Higgins Road and south of I-90.
The property is located at 1500 and 1510 Midway Court in unincorporated Cook County, Illinois and is identified by property index number 08-22-401-052-0000 and legally described as follows:
THAT PART OF THE EAST HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 41 NORTH, RANGE 11 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN.
