LEGAL NOTICE - PC DOCKET #19-3

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Monday, January 28, 2019 at the hour of 7:00 p.m. at the Charles J. Zettek Municipal Building, 901 Wellington Avenue, Elk Grove Village, Illinois, the Plan Commission of the Village, acting as a Zoning Commission, will conduct a public hearing on the petition of The Gerber Group, Inc. and First National Bank of Des Plaines, as Trustee and not personally under Trust No. 72055728.  

The petitioner is seeking a Special Use Permit for the operation of an automotive repair center in an I-2 Industrial Zoning District. Section 7E-3.A Commercial and Service Uses, of the Elk Grove Zoning Ordinance No. 2410 permits automobile repair garages as a special use in I-1 and I-2 Industrial Districts. The property is located at 2450 S. Elmhurst Road, Elk Grove Village, Illinois and legally described as follows:

THE WEST 240.0 FEET OF THE EAST 290.0 FEET OF THE NORTH 103.29 FEET OF THE SOUTH 20 ACRES OF THE NORTH HALF OF THE EAST HALF OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 40 NORTH, RANGE 11, EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, IN DUPAGE COUNTY, ILLINOIS - PIN 03-02-203-023-0000.
