PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Monday, August 19, 2019 at the hour of 7:00 p.m., at the Charles J. Zettek Municipal Building, 901 Wellington Avenue, Elk Grove Village, Illinois, the Plan Commission acting as a Zoning Commission, will conduct a Public Hearing to consider the petition submitted to the Village of Elk Grove Village by Tri City Foods. The petitioner is requesting a Special Use permit to add an additional drive-through lane to the existing Burger King restaurant located at 630 Meacham Road, Elk Grove Village.

The property is located at 630 Meacham Road, Elk Grove Village, Illinois and is identified by Permanent Real Estate Index No. 07-25-300-057-0000 and legally described as follows:
