PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Monday, August 4, 2025, at the hour of 7:00 p.m. at the Charles J. Zettek Municipal Building, 901 Wellington Avenue, Elk Grove Village, Illinois, the Plan Commission of the Village, acting as a Zoning Commission, will conduct a public hearing to consider a petition submitted by Wingspan Development Group, seeking a Special Use Permit to modify an existing parking plan associated with the development at the northwest corner of Meacham Road and Biesterfield Road in the B-2 Zoning District.  The properties are located at the northwest corner of Meacham Road and Biesterfield Road, Elk Grove Village, Illinois and are legally described as follows:
