PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Monday, November 3, 2025, at the hour of 7:30 p.m. at the Charles J. Zettek Municipal Building, 901 Wellington Avenue, Elk Grove Village, Illinois the Plan Commission, acting as a Zoning Commission, will conduct a public hearing to consider text amendments to the zoning ordinance regarding fence standards permitted in all residential districts by adding major expressways as follows:
Amend Elk Grove Zoning Section 3-3-B-3 Fence standards permitted in all Residential Districts by adding Major Expressways, or portions thereof.

3. An eight-foot (8') fence is permitted along the street side property lines abutting one of the Following Major Arterial Streets: Arlington Heights Road, Devon Avenue, Higgins Road, Meacham Road, Nerge Road, Rohlwing Road and Plum Grove Road, the following Collector Streets: Tonne Road, Biesterfield Road, and Wise Road, and Major Expressways, or portions thereof.
