Zettek Municipal Building, 901 Wellington Avenue, Elk Grove Village, Illinois, the Plan Commission, acting as a Zoning Commission, will conduct a public hearing to consider a text amendment to the Zoning Ordinance regarding short-term rentals and the maximum number of days for which a residential structure may be rented as follows:
Amend Elk Grove Zoning Ordinance Section 2-2 Definitions, adjusting the definition of short-term rentals for residential structures from thirty (30) consecutive days to ninety (90) consecutive days.
