The Village invites you to take the Elk Grove Village Cares Program survey!

Post Date:08/19/2021 8:30 AM

The Elk Grove Village Cares program was implemented in 2018 with the intent to reduce opioid related deaths and provide a path to access rehabilitation services for anyone in need.

Rebecca Barron, an Elk Grove Village resident, is completing her Doctorate of Nursing Practice with Duquesne University. Her doctoral project is to perform a program evaluation of the Elk Grove Village Cares program. Program evaluation is a tool used to generate and synthesize data, track progress and determine impact of a program. The program administrators and Mayor welcome the ability to monitor and measure the quality, pace and direction of the Elk Grove Village Cares program.

As community members, you are stakeholders in the program and therefore your feedback is imperative to inform and shape future direction and priorities of the program. We invite you to complete a survey by August 30, 2021 that will assess knowledge and attitudes regarding addiction, the Elk Grove Village Cares program and determine community readiness for change.

PLEASE TAKE THE SURVEY HERE

If you have any questions regarding the evaluation or if you have personal experience you would like to share regarding the Elk Grove Village Cares program, please emaiL RLB.projectfeedback@gmail.com. To learn more about the program, please visit, elkgrove.org/egvcares.
