The Village has launched NotifyEGV, a community notification system to notify the public of non-emergency time-sensitive information and other important updates. Through NotifyEGV, the Village will send out notices to registered residents via phone call, text, and/or email based on the information they provide.
All residents are encouraged to enroll. You can register your phone number and/or email address to receive notices at elkgrove.org/stayconnected under the “NotifyEGV” tab, where a link will take you to an online form where you can make an account and enter your information. You can also call the Village Manager’s Office directly at 847-357-4010 for assistance.
Emergency notifications will continue to be sent through the Northwest Central Dispatch System. NotifyEGV is not a replacement for emergency alerts but is complementary to them.
