As part of the Tonne Road Reconstruction project, northbound Tonne Road will be closed to through traffic north of Fargo Avenue.  Traffic will be detoured east down Fargo Avenue to Lively Boulevard.  This will begin on Monday, March 2, and is anticipated to last through the entire week during construction hours.
