Hello, this is Elk Grove Village Mayor Craig Johnson. I am calling to share an exciting opportunity for Elk Grove residents to purchase new single-family homes in a development called Tonne Grove.

Tonne Grove is a private development of 20 homes at the corner of Elk Grove Boulevard and Tonne Road.

The Village has partnered in the design of this development to offer current Elk Grove residents the first opportunity to purchase these homes. No Village funds are being used for this development.

Interested residents must register and complete a loan pre-approval process by July 15th. Registered residents will participate in a live raffle on July 18th for the opportunity to purchase from available lots.

Home prices will range from $466,000 to $508,000. Residents who purchase a home through this program will be required to live in it for 5 years following the completion of construction.
