Due to the forecasted high temperatures, Groot will begin collections earlier than usual on Tuesday, September 1 and Wednesday, September 2 to help protect their crews from the heat.

Please place your garbage and recycling bins at the curb by 6 a.m. if possible.

If you're unable to get your bins out before then, don't worry—Groot will make another pass through the area later after 7 a.m. to collect missed carts. Starting earlier simply allows crews to complete more of their work during the cooler morning hours.
