Celebrate Elk Grove Village’s 70th Anniversary with a Scavenger Hunt!
Join the Village for a fun, community-wide scavenger hunt. Visit 20 locations spread around town by following clues and collecting a code word at each stop.
How to participate:
- Solve the clues below to find each location. At each location there will be a sign with information on the location and a code word for you to copy down at the corresponding number on the one-page entry sheet available here.
-
Starting June 1, you can pick up a paper “passport” with clues at the front counter of Village Hall (901 Wellington Ave).
-
Turn in completed entries (passport or entry sheet) to the Finance or Community Development counter at Village Hall during business hours (8:30a.m. to 5:00p.m.).
-
Bring proof of residency (e.g., photo ID or recent mail).
-
If you would prefer to keep track of the codes on your own, there will be entry sheets available at Village Hall to write in the codes for submission.
