Light snacks and refreshments will be available complimentary.

No food will be sold at the event.

Parking is available at the following locations:

• Elk Grove Public Library (1001 Wellington)* - limited parking available
• Elk Grove Village Park District (1000 Wellington)* 
• Elk Grove Village Park District Administration Office (499 Biesterfield)
• Ascension Alexian Brothers Medical Center (800 Biesterfield)
• School District Administration 59 Office (1001 Leicester)
• Byrd Elementary School (265 Wellington)

*Parking lots are typically full by 4:00pm. Please plan your parking accordingly. 

Handicapped parking is available at the following locations:

• Village Hall (901 Wellington Ave) - limited parking available

No smoking is permitted at Village events, which includes all concerts in the Holiday Tree Lighting event.

Dogs are permitted on public property, but per village ordinance they must be on a leash at all times. Please remember that there will be a large crowd and loud concert, which may cause distress to your pet. Please consider the safety and comfort of your pet and other event attendees as you make your plans. If a problem arises, you will be asked to remove your dog from the premises.

Questions regarding accommodations for attendees with disabilities should be directed to ada@elkgrove.org.  Attendees are encouraged to e-mail ada@elkgrove.org as early as possible with any questions or specific accommodation requests.

To make the necessary arrangements, requests for accommodation must be submitted not later than one week prior to the concert for which the accommodations are needed.
