Check-in begins no earlier than 12:30pm in the Southbound lanes of Tonne, heading Northbound.

Please enter off Devon Ave. We ask that one person/vehicle be assigned as the check-in person for your organization.

If your vehicle is in the parade, stay left to enter the parade staging area. Staging will take place in the southbound lanes on Tonne Road.

Please use the streets below to park and drop off parade participants. Parking and stopping on Tonne Road will not be permitted

Pedestrian crossing will be at the following locations

• Tonne Rd & Clearmont Dr 
• Tonne Rd & Greenleaf Ave

Parade participants can use the sidewalks on the east side of Tonne Road

If you need to park during the parade, you may do so at the following locations

At the start of the parade:

• Morse Ave
• Greenleaf Ave

At the end of the parade:

• Middlebury Lane
• Sussex Court
• Charing Cross Road
• Grosvener Lane
• Elk Grove High School (500 W Elk Grove Blvd) Use the entrance at S Arlington Heights Road.

The parade will begin at Tonne Road and proceed west on Elk Grove Boulevard to Lions Drive, concluding at the Oktoberfest festival grounds.

• Residents on Tonne Road (between Chase Ave. and Elk Grove Blvd.) will be permitted southbound access to their homes with proof of residency.
• Businesses on Tonne Road will be permitted northbound access with proof of affiliation. Vehicles may be redirected to the nearest available intersection.
• Residents on Elk Grove Boulevard may access their homes by vehicle between 11:00 AM and 1:45 PM with proof of residency.
• All vehicles, including parked cars, must be removed from the affected roadways by 11:00 AM. Please plan ahead and inform any family members, employees, vendors, or customers who may be affected.

Dogs are permitted on public property, but per village ordinance they must be on a leash at all times. Please remember that there will be a large crowd, which may cause distress to your pet. Please consider the safety and comfort of your pet and other event attendees as you make your plans. If a problem arises, you will be asked to remove your dog from the premises.
