The Inspectional Services Division has partnered with The Compliance Engine (BRYCER) to manage the annual inspection reports for fire protection systems in Elk Grove Village’s commercial and industrial facilities. BRYCER is an internet-based service that collects, organizes and tracks inspection reports in order to ensure code compliance. 

BRYCER’s database contains comprehensive data on fire protection systems, such as fire alarms and fire sprinklers, and indicates which systems are compliant and deficient. If a system is deficient, appropriate parties are notified by BRYCER so that the deficiency may be attended to. The Inspectional Services Division’s partnership with BRYCER helps the Department’s efforts to keep Elk Grove Village’s residents and visitors safe.
