The Records Management Section is part of the Support Services Division. The Records Section is led by Records Supervisor and staffed by five (5) police records technicians, who are assigned clerical tasks and customer support to the Department.
In addition, records personnel perform records maintenance and dissemination; transcription of officers’ dictated reports, court jacket preparation and case follow-up, warrant file maintenance, alarm ordinance and parking ticket program maintenance, clerical tasks relating to the adjudication program, and clerical assistance in the Information Center.
