As an organization, the Village is politically neutral and cannot get involved in political matters--this includes the nomination and/or endorsement of candidates for elected office, as well as the promotion of a particular cause.
The Village of Elk Grove Village elects its public officials in at-large elections, therefore, no primaries are held for Village offices. Election Day for the Consolidated General Election is on April 6, 2021.

Federal Postcard Application (FPCA) - Suburban Cook County voters who live overseas or are serving in the U.S. Armed Forces may register to vote and apply for a mail ballot by completing a Federal Postcard Application (FPCA). The FPCA is current for one calendar year and ensures that the voter will automatically be sent a mail ballot for each election held in that year. Click here to be directed to the FPCA form for the March 17, 2020 Presidential Primary Election.
NonPartisan Ballot - Since this is a Primary Election, a voter must declare a party to vote. However, if there are referendum questions on the ballot, a voter can request a NONPARTISAN ballot that will ONLY list the referendum questions and NONE of the candidates (including the President) will appear on the ballot.
